This new type of waste incineration power plant is itself equipped with the latest waste treatment and energy production technology to replace a 50-year old waste treatment plant that was originally located nearby. The continuous façade walls of CopenHill are made up of 1.2-meter-high and 3.3-meter-wide aluminum brick unit blocks. The fire resistance is quite high, and it can withstand rapid cold, rapid heat and alkaline substances. The glass windows embedded in the gaps between the aluminum bricks are enough to allow sunlight to reach the depths of the plant and the internal administrative work areas.
